Mercy college, it’s a great college for students who would like to stay close to home. I was honored to be part of their honors program which offered me a lot of different opportunities. Their business professor are very knowledgeable which overall made my college experience very pleasant
Overall my experience at Mercy college has been average. There are some great professors that genuinely want their students to learn and do well, and then there are those who do the bare minimum. I also feel the tuition is too expensive and lack the proper supplies/amenities/services that students need.
What worked: looking up professor's ratings before signing up for the class/ checking the work requirements on the syllabus so that you are prepared for the semester/ completing as much homework assignments before hand so you have more time for other classes What didn't work: waiting until the last minute to attempt assignments/ not speaking up to professors or mentors...
