You’ll start by exploring the fundamentals of cooking, then move on to advanced culinary techniques and skills. You’ll apply your knowledge as you prepare food for Kendall College’s on-campus venues, including our Zagat-rated, Michelin Guide-recommended fine-dining restaurant, The Dining Room. Applicants with less than 10 semester hours of transferable college credit must submit an official high school transcript or an official high school equivalency credential transcript (GED or HiSET)
