On the Bachelor of Science in Food Science at North Carolina State University, you'll learn to apply microbiology, chemistry, engineering, and nutrition to the study of food composition and behavior, and how these are affected by production methods, processing, and preparation in order to produce a safe, wholesome product.

There is an $85 application fee ($100 for international applicants). You can either pay it online or provide an official fee waiver.
