Our Entrepreneurship program at Alabama A&M University training and development integrate analytical and creative thinking to generate and build opportunities, empowering learners to transform and reshape the world in sustainable and scalable ways.
As a result, our learners can match their unique talent with business expertise and become the entrepreneurial leader the world needs. We train our learners to solve big problems and ground those solutions in a well-rounded education in math, science, and the liberal arts.
Entrepreneurship majors are taught a broad range of transferable skills and gain strong competence in critical thinking through experiential learning.

General requirements

Official letter of recommendation from principal, counselor or college advisor.
AAMU requires a minimum GPA of 2.0 and currently waives test requirements (acceptance only). Test scores are required for scholarship eligibility.
Official results of the Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) paper based score = 500 or above; Computer based = 178 or above; and Internet based = 61 or above, or official results of the International English Testing System (IELTS) of a 5.5 or above unless English is spoken as a native language. If applicant has successfully completed one year's college coursework in an English-speaking country, the TOEFL or IELTS requirement may be waived.
