Stevens awards the B.A./B.S. degree upon completion of the first year of law school. Students in the Accelerated Law Program at Stevens Institute of Technology then complete the remaining two years of law school, earning a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

General requirements
- Applicants must apply for admission to an academic program in the College of Arts and Letters. In addition, Applicants must show a high school GPA of 3.7/4 and achieve at least 1300 on the SAT or a score of 29 on the ACT. Lastly, applicants are required to complete an interview at Stevens.
- Enrolled students must maintain a 3.2 GPA at Stevens and complete the LSAT. The minimum LSAT scores are determined by the law schools each year and typically mimic national averages.
