Overview
Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from California State University Los Angeles offers opportunities for community engagement and internships.
The program requirements provide the foundation for student success and preparation in interdisciplinary studies, critical thinking, and research approaches.
Students who are admitted to the university in good standing and who remain in good standing are eligible for the B.A. degree with a Major in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
Students must complete 24 units of WGSS core requirements, 12 units in an area of emphasis (Feminist Studies, LGBTQ Studies, or Gender Studies), and 9 units of electives approved for the Major.
