Overview
The Nutrition and Dietetics program of Bradley University immerses you in courses foundational to mastering a range of nutrition-related topics. You learn about clinical nutrition, community nutrition, education and research, food and nutrition management, consultation and business. This background is applicable to the food and hospitality industries, Fortune 50 corporate settings and athletics, among others. You practice nutrition counseling and assessment with clients in Bradley’s counseling center and nutrition lab. Additionally, you work in multicultural settings through outreach to Peoria-area schools.
Successful Outcomes
Nutrition and dietetics graduates most often pursue master’s degrees as their next step. In recent years, all Bradley nutrition and dietetics undergraduates found jobs or continued their education within six months of graduation. Recent graduates are working at Rush University Medical Center in Peoria and Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Chicago.
