Student Services at University of the Arts London includes the Student Advice Service, the Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy service and the Disability Service.
Student Services staff provide a professional, confidential, and free service to UAL students and also, where appropriate, to prospective students from the UK or abroad who are considering applying for courses at the University. Staff are based at each of the main College sites, and at the central office building in Holborn.

The University's halls of residence are available to students who have an offer for a place on a course at the University.
We encourage you to pick five hall preferences when you apply, as that will give us a better indicator as to what your preferred choices are. We will endeavor to give you one of your five preferences. Please apply early to avoid disappointment, the sooner you apply the more likely you are to get one of these choices.
Library Services provides outstanding print and online collections in arts, design and communication, study spaces for independent and group learning, and staff who are happy to help you make the most of these resources.
There is a library in each of our colleges plus Learning Zones at Central Saint Martins (CSM) and London College of Communication (LCC).
The Health Advice Service provides advice and information to students at University of the Arts London on registering with a doctor (GP) in the UK and about any other aspect of health and well-being.

Studying in London gives you a unique perspective on art and design. The face of the city is constantly changing, with a thriving culture of pop-ups, street art and performance spaces.
University of the Arts London prides itself on the variety and quality of its facilities; from state-of-the-art design suites to traditional print studios.
Students can access the libraries, Learning Zones, cafes, shops and galleries at any of UAL’s sites, as long as they can show their ID card.
We have eight art shops across our sites, selling a broad range of art, design and fashion materials. The shops are stocked in consultation with course leaders and sell products according to the courses being taught at each site.
