Using a community health needs assessment, you’ll engage with your community in meaningful and impactful ways.
During your internship you’ll work with a site that aligns with your interests and availability in supporting community health.

- Upload copies of all academic transcripts, test scores, and diplomas once access to the Applicant Status Page is granted.
