Overview

Throughout the program, Colorado State University Pueblo students learn about structural analysis and design, geotechnical engineering, transportation systems, water resources management, and construction management. They acquire a deep understanding of engineering principles and concepts, as well as the ability to apply them to real-world problems.Graduates of the Civil Engineering program are prepared to enter the workforce as professional civil engineers. They can pursue careers in various sectors, including consulting firms, government agencies, construction companies, and research institutions. Civil engineers play a vital role in designing and maintaining infrastructure that supports communities, such as buildings, bridges, transportation systems, and water supply networks.

This program plans to be accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
