You’ll learn that what we eat not only has the ability to promote health but also influences our risk of diseases. You’ll develop a knowledge base in science and nutrition to explore and understand the relationship between what we eat and how it affects our health.

The Health Sciences degree from Indiana University Kokomo is a versatile degree that provides students with preparation for work and/or graduate school in the health field. This interdisciplinary degree is for students seeking a comprehensive understanding of the science of human health.

Students who graduate from this program may enter the workforce right away or continue on for graduate programs in more specialized areas of the nutritional sciences, medicine, optometry, pharmacy, dental, physical therapy, physician assistant, or other allied health options.
