Overview

The Regents program from Fairmont State University can be tailored to fit those who need a degree for career advancement, those who have an associate degree in a field for which there is no corresponding baccalaureate degree available, or those who seek intellectual development and personal fulfillment. The degree has particular appeal for persons who completed some college work in past years but did not obtain a degree.

WVROCKS/RBAS

Needed credit hours can be fulfilled with any Fairmont State classes. But, we also have a selection of online courses that are available only for RBA students. These 3 credit hour classes all have the RBAS prefix, are listed under Regents Bachelor of Arts on the schedule, and are all 8-weeks, online, asynchronous, and provide a convenient way to fulfill degree requirements using an online portal that provides access to courses taught across the state.

Complete the Online Application for Undergraduate Admission. Applicants cannot apply for an Academic Pathway.

Submit official academic record(s)

Transcripts from outside the United States require an official course-by-course evaluation to be sent to Fairmont State University from one of the credentialing services listed below. Evaluations must include a statement of U.S. high school or college equivalency.

Applicant must submit proof of financial support for the first academic year of tuition and living expenses (must be in U.S. dollar format and translated to English).

Freshman applicants should submit their secondary school (high school) transcript. If you have completed college/university coursework you will need to submit all post-secondary transcript(s).
