The Bachelor of Science in Applied Management (B.S.A.M.) at Northern Illinois University degree is designed for professionals with an A.A.S., or an A.A./A.S. degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, fire science and emergency management, who can demonstrate significant professional experience related to the program emphases. Grades: You must have passing grades equivalent to a U.S. C+ average on all transcripts and/or exam scores
