Overview

At the undergraduate level, students receive exceptional full-time pre-professional training in the field of speech-language pathology. They are also eligible to apply for licensure to become a speech-language pathology assistant in the state of California.

The mission of the Department of Speech-Language Pathology is to prepare reflective speech-language pathologists and audiologists for lifelong success by providing an excellent student-centered experiential learning environment. University of the Pacific's students are mentored in developing leadership, critical thinking skills, and a strong commitment to their profession and society.
