This academic certificate program is not a licensing or credentialing certification.

This certificate program will provide a community and public health-focused vocational direction for our students, and those currently working in public health seeking enhanced training.  The courses are designed to complement several degree programs within Kansas State University.  

The content will require specific training in: public health and social determinants of heath for small groups and community assessments/outcomes; and, lifestyle behaviors highly related to health risks.
