Psychology and Counseling - Psychology and Legal Issues from Pittsburg State University was designed for students who want to pursue a career in a psychology-related field immediately after graduation. Historically, most careers in psychology and counseling require graduate training. However, there are a number of careers that do not.

Careers

A number of exciting career options are now available to graduates of our psychology programs at the bachelor's degree level. (Programs have been designed to fit the job market for the next decade and beyond.) Positions for which employers seek our graduates include: personnel director, human resource planner, labor negotiator, case manager, qualified mental retardation professional, attendant care worker, substance abuse counselor, human relations officer, and consumer behavior analyst. Many other options are also now open to bachelor's degree holders in psychology.
