- International students can apply online using the Elmira College Application or the Common Application.
- English Proficiency (International/Non-Native English Speaking Students)
- All students must submit an official transcript of courses taken during secondary school. If you have not graduated yet, transcripts should show the most recent results available. Provide translation of transcripts in English.
- Applicants who are currently attending university should submit official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work, along with a Dean of Students Form from the Dean of Students at all institutions that have been attended.
- The student should submit at least one letter of recommendation from someone who knows them in an academic sense, such as a teacher or academic counselor.
