As an undergraduate at Mercy University, you have a strong liberal arts foundation complementing the professional accounting and business curriculum.

As a graduate student, you’ll experience an integration of advanced accounting research and studies in graduate business courses. This 150-Credit Hour program is for highly qualified students pursuing the Public Accountancy profession.

Upon completion, students will meet the academic requirements for admission to the CPA examination in New York State and will satisfy the licensure requirements with one year of appropriate professional experience.

General requirements

Students must submit a high school transcript for their application to be reviewed. We will accept either an unofficial or official transcript. Students are able to upload these transcripts through our student portal.
An official final high school transcript (provided by the high school to Mercy College), which includes all secondary school grades, class rank and date of graduate must be submitted prior to enrollment.
Students whose transcripts are unavailable should consult with an admissions counselor. Or, the applicant can provide a High School Equivalency Diploma, if applicable, with corresponding score sheet.
