Overview

Psychology majors spend a lot of time studying human and animal behavior and mental processes. At Wofford, this includes everything from training rats to play basketball to conducting involved psychological tests on volunteers.

You’ll be a part of the close knit “Psychology Kingdom” and have a built in support system. You’ll be part of a small department where you’ll get a lot of individual attention from professors.

You’ll get a chance to participate in and conduct research studies and then present your findings while gaining valuable critical and analytical reading, writing and thinking skills.

But most of all, you’ll be preparing yourself for your future, whether that’s seeking an advanced degree or entering the workforce right after Wofford.
