Overview

The Aerospace Science Engineering program of Tuskegee University encompasses theory and application to a variety of flight vehicles ranging from balloons and sailplanes through jet-powered aircraft, rockets, space stations and interplanetary vehicles, manned, unmanned and autonomous. Students receive a sound scientific, mathematical and technical foundation based on the latest techniques of these disciplines. Students are also provided a broad socio-humanistic background, which is essential for problem solving in a technical age. The curriculum for the Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Science Engineering consists of 131 credit hours.

The Aerospace Science Engineering program is designed to provide learning opportunities that will result in:

A completed application with non-refundable application fee of $35.00

Students who have been officially accepted to Tuskegee University must have on file an official final high school transcript which must indicate date of graduation and signature of school official and/or seal.

Students must provide evidence of health insurance prior to admission as well as an official report of their health status.

The test of English (TOEFL) is required of all international students whose native language is not English. It is strongly recommended that the TOEFL be taken on a date when the Test of Written English (TWE) is being administered as part of the test.
