Overview

In this Sport Management program from Concordia University, St. Paul students learn core concepts in business, sport theory, and kinesiology and how to apply them to a number of sport management areas, including facility management, sports marketing and fitness center management. Students will gain knowledge and skills that are important for any career in sport management as they take 45 credit hours towards a Bachelor of Arts degree.

You’ll also keep it real beyond the classroom via Concordia Health Alliance for Majors in Physical Education & Kinesiology (CHAMP) Club activities; participation in conferences, workshops, seminars, and clinics locally and nationally; and internship opportunities. Because we design our sport management program to be responsive to the exact needs of the marketplace, it will be a relevant major if you’re considering a career as an athletic director, coach, sports information director, sporting facility manager or sport marketer.
