At the Legal Studies program from Roger Williams University students dive into ethics, conflict resolution, and social justice to understand the profound effect that law has on people’s everyday experiences, and graduates – who are advised by attorney faculty members and are required to take a second major – are well prepared for law school or a career in the legal field.

To provide a true interdisciplinary undergraduate curriculum, our program requires you to incorporate a second major. Many students pair Legal Studies with Psychology, Political Science, Philosophy, Anthropology + Sociology, Creative Writing, English Literature, History, or Modern Languages. As a Legal Studies student, you have the flexibility to choose the major that is right for you and best fits your academic interests.
