What will I study?

The Physics program at the University of Minnesota emphasizes the important connection between reality and theory with a substantive laboratory component. In the fundamental course “Methods of Experimental Physics,” you will use a variety of modern equipment and understand how to design, analyze, and present the results of your own experiments.
