Students are employed in positions in engineering planning, design, and installation of equipment and systems required for the generation, management and distribution of electrical power.  Curriculum includes advanced mathematics and applied engineering courses along with coursework that addresses the engineering design of alternative and renewable energy systems.

This program requires students to complete at least two co-ops.  Students are also required to take the nationwide Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in the spring semester of their senior year.
