Overview

At the Community Health major at the Saint Cloud State University you'll learn to advocate for and create community health programs such as first aid, blood pressure screening, tobacco cessation, drug awareness and disease prevention. 

You'll study preventive medicine, health care services management, health policy and health law enforcement. Through classwork and field work, you'll learn how to do outreach for public health, non-profit and medical health agencies and organizations that support healthy lifestyles. And, you'll have opportunities to apply that learning in activities, campus programs, internships and volunteer situations that help people and communities adopt healthful behaviors.
