Overview
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Hult International Business School is a full-time, on-campus undergraduate degree available in Boston, London, and Dubai. It's built around a simple conviction: you learn business best by doing it.
From your first term, you'll tackle real client challenges alongside peers from 138+ nationalities, guided by faculty who bring genuine industry experience into the classroom. By graduation, you won't just know business theory—you'll have practiced it, tested it, and proven it under real conditions.
Who is this program for?
The BBA suits ambitious students who are ready to build the knowledge and skills needed to lead in a global, AI-shaped business world—whether they have a career path in mind or are still exploring where their interests will take them. Majors span eight disciplines, so you can go broad or go deep.
A degree built for the world of work
98% of HR leaders say their organizations struggle to find talent. Yet 89% avoid hiring recent graduates—citing lack of real-world experience, a missing global mindset, and poor teamwork skills. The Hult BBA is designed to close that gap. Through the LEAP framework (Learn, Engage, Apply, Practice), every course connects knowledge to action.

A truly global classroom
Your home campus is your base, but the world is your classroom. Through Global Campus Rotation, you can spend a semester or full year at a different Hult campus—experiencing a new city, a new business culture, and a new perspective. City Seminars take you further still.
Career outcomes
94% of BBA graduates are employed or continuing their education within six months. 86 companies across 21 countries hired Hult undergraduates from the Class of 2024, including Ralph Lauren, EY, L'Oréal, Bloomberg, Amazon, CHANEL, and Mastercard. 72% of graduates work in countries different from their own.
Accreditation
Hult International Business School is triple-accredited by AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS—a distinction held by fewer than 1% of business schools worldwide. The Dubai campus holds additional CAA accreditation in the United Arab Emirates.
