Overview
The Law, Politics and Society major is based in the Department of Political Science from Samford University, and takes advantage of the department’s substantial offerings and resources in law. It also draws from the disciplines of history, journalism, sociology, philosophy, economics, family studies and communication studies. Because the major was created in consultation with Samford’s Cumberland School of Law, the program also offers the opportunity to work directly with law faculty.
