In the Hispanic Studies at Brandeis University you will learn through language lessons as well as through the study of film, art, politics and place.


Within the Hispanic Studies at Brandeis University major are several areas of emphasis: 19th- to 21st-century Spanish and Latin American cultural studies, Cervantes, colonialism and post-colonialism in Latin America, early modern Spanish theater, Latinas in the United States, media and film.

  • $80 application fee (or fee waiver).

We understand this may not be until late January or early February for some students, though we encourage you to send them as soon as possible. For Early Decision applicants, submit first marking period grades, which may be first quarter or first trimester grades.
