General Studies - Science, Technology, Health and Society Emphasis degree at The University of Arizona teaches students how to employ math and science to find solutions to important world concerns in areas such as health, natural resources, conservation, sustainability, information science and engineering. Not only does this program encourage collaboration and creative thinking to find workable solutions, but it also gives students an understanding of the global context that surrounds science and technology.
