Overview

The Human Resource Management program of Rutgers University is a multidisciplinary major that draws heavily from business strategy, psychology, economics, and sociology. A degree or minor in Human Resource Management (HRM) will prepare you to be a strategic HR business partner. SMLR will prepare you for these and additional roles in the field of HR.
