- Official transcripts from all institutions where you registered and/or attended. In order to be considered official, transcripts must arrive in envelopes sealed by the issuing institution.
- Applicants with less than 10 semester hours of transferable college credit must submit an official high school transcript, sealed in the original envelope with graduation date posted.
- Official military transcripts, military certificates (including Army, Navy, Marine Joint Services or CCAS-Air Force transcripts), nationally recognized certificates and CLEP/DANTES test scores may also be submitted for evaluation.
