Students will be able to create messages that can be interpreted by members of the target language with no recourse to active negotiation of meaning with the writer, speaker, or producer at the Advanced Mid rating of the ACTFL proficiency levels.

Students will be able to use cultural knowledge to conform linguistically and behaviorally in many social and work-related interactions at the Advanced Level of the ACTFL proficiency levels.

Send official transcripts or records with your application, showing you have graduated from a school level that meets U.S. high school requirements for graduation.
Students outside the U.S. and transferring within the U.S. receive a Form I-20, which is a Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) record. The I-20 is issued by the designated school official (DSO) at the SEVP-certified school of the student's choosing.
International Transfer students are issued an I-20 once their current school releases their SEVIS record to UVU.
Financial statements (all financial support papers must be in English, showing amounts in U.S. dollars) must be no older than 3 months, and the cost must show the total for one academic year or 8 months.
