Overview
The programme
Education is more than just the classroom, it’s the foundation for a future. The Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies offered by Sam Houston State University prepares students to connect educational outcomes with government policy, community access, and more.
Through coursework, projects, advising, and independent studies, students explore issues related to education policy and practice as well as connections between education and other institutions (business, criminal justice, health, government).
From supporting students through career counseling and student affairs to working with colleges and businesses in recruitment and grant writing or as a policy analyst, an Educational Studies degree offers many fulfilling career paths.
