Overview

At NSU, you’ll explore the techniques, skills, and modern tools necessary for engineering practice. You’ll participate in hands-on projects in which you’ll conduct experiments and analyze and interpret data.

Other projects will give you opportunities to design systems, components, or processes. Additionally, you’ll become proficient in areas including operations, performance testing, manufacturing, cost scheduling, benefit-cost analysis, training and support and sustainability. An engineering degree can lead you to a number of challenging and rewarding careers. NSU gives you an edge, no matter what path you choose.

Career

The Biomedical Engineering programme from Nova Southeastern University provides a pathway for you to pursue career opportunities in engineering, health care, banking and finance, manufacturing, process engineering, plant management or transportation systems. You will need to send original or certified copies of your home country’s credentials as part of your application. You must also submit a copy of any terminating or qualifying examination results or certificates if applicable.

Examples of relevant exams include CXC exams, O-level/A-level exams, GCSE/IGCSE/BGCSE, WAEC exams, and national board exams. Students taking the BGCSE or CSEC are expected to have at least 5 passing scores upon graduation.
