- Commercial Music - Recording Engineering and Producing major from Union University, the purpose of this program is to prepare commercial musicians for career opportunities in the music industry with a Christian perspective.
- Over the past four decades, commercial music programs have risen in popularity at several institutions in the United States. Though some have established a particular standard for music industry education with a primary emphasis on the recording arts, Union University is committed to educating the commercial music student with skills in both music and recording sciences within the same degree.
- This proximity allows the opportunity for Union University to become the primary center of training for aspiring commercial musicians. Upon graduation, our students will have received exceptional instruction from professors who are committed to teaching from a Christian worldview. Our goal is for these graduates to take Union University's distinct mission to the world. Our hope is that they go forth as highly skilled performers, musicians, engineers, composers, arrangers and songwriters into every corner of society. As a student at Union University, you can have a significant influence on the world for Christ through the field of commercial music.

- 22 ACT (excluding Writing component), 1100 SAT (combined Evidence-Based Reading and Writing and Math), or 72 Classical Learning Test (CLT)

- Top 50% of Graduating Class
- All CPA candidates must pass the Uniform CPA Examination to qualify for a CPA certificate and license (i.e., permit to practice) to practice public accounting.
