Gain Hands-On Experience

General Studies from Brigham Young University Idaho develop student's ability to gain knowledge of the social and natural worlds in which we live in, obtain the ability to think and write clearly, as well as cultivate awareness of one’s personal relationships and moral responsibility. It is a flexible degree that allows a student to tailor his or her education in two major areas to meet professional and/or educational goals. Students may design a unique course of study that will help qualify them for a variety of career options or graduate education.Students must have completed 90 credits prior to declaring this program. While not required, students may still declare major components such as minors, certificates, and clusters (Information related to successfully completing declared major components such as minors, certificates, and clusters will be included on student transcripts).
