Official transcripts from all institutions attended. Official paper transcripts must arrive in envelopes sealed by the issuing institution.

Applicants with less than 10 semester hours of transferable college credit must submit an official high school transcript or an official high school equivalency credential transcript (GED or HiSET)
Official military transcripts, military certificates (including Army, Navy, Marine Joint Services or CCAS-Air Force transcripts), nationally recognized certificates and CLEP/DANTES test scores may also be submitted for transfer credit consideration.
