Southern Nazarene University program is nationally recognized for quality through national accreditations from both NASM (National Association of Schools of Music) and CAEP (Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation).

This means that we’re just not saying we’re good! Others are putting their stamp of approval on what we do as well. Our classes offer great exposure to experts in the field of education through practicums, observations and student teaching.

You also have the opportunity to develop leadership through one of the largest Collegiate National Association for Music Education in the state.

The Program

Combines theory and practice to provide a degree that prepares students for a wide range of work

All International Student Applicants are required to submit transcripts to one of the following NACES recognized evaluation services: SpanTran: SpanTran Application, WES: World Education Services
SUBMIT SAT or ACT RESULTS.
Submit TOEFL or IELTS results
A financial statement of support should be submitted indicating how tuition, school fees, and living expenses will be paid while you are enrolled in college
Send copies of your passport identification page
International student fee of $200 to be paid to assist in processing international documents
HS GPA minimum of 3.0. Students with a high school GPA below a 3.0 may submit documents through their admissions recruiter to be considered for review
