You’ll have opportunities to present research at national conferences and be published before you’ve even finished your undergraduate degree. We’re located in the heart of the Great Lakes Bay Region, so you will have premier access to the Saginaw Bay Watershed, one of the nation’s greatest natural freshwater laboratories. We established our own Saginaw Bay Environmental Science Institute with a research boat and foster many regional partnerships so you can engage with diverse ecosystems and gain plenty of firsthand field experience.

Visit the Self Service Center to upload the following documents:

Copy of passport name/photo page (and any dependent(s))

Evidence of Financial Support (original bank statement signed and stamped by the bank) for one academic year, $34,175 USD

Unofficial transcripts, translated into English from all institutions attended outside the U.S.

official international transcripts must be provided after arrival

official U.S. transcripts must be provided prior to admission

Request to have official scores on the English language test sent directly to SVSU (if scores are not submitted or are below requirements, conditional admission may be offered)

Request to have official SAT or ACT scores sent directly to SVSU for additional scholarship consideration. (NOT REQUIRED).
