Overview
Bellarmine University's Neuroscience major is designed to establish a broad foundation and understanding of nervous system development and function at all levels, from molecules to behavior, and to prepare undergraduates for graduate programs and careers in research, medicine, rehabilitation and clinical work related to nervous system function and dysfunction.
Key Features
- Students have the option to choose one of three career path tracks based on their career interest. The first is a Medical School Track designed for students interested in applying to medical school. The second is a Behavioral Neuroscience Graduate School Track for students who want to pursue graduate education in clinical or behavioral neuroscience. The third is a Physical Therapy Track which prepares students to apply to a Doctorate in Physical Therapy program.

- A completed application.
- Credentials & Transcripts: Undergraduate applicants who have attended secondary, post-secondary, colleges, universities, or professional institutions outside the United States must submit their academic records to SpanTran or World Education Services, Inc. (WES) for a course-by-course evaluation.
- Proof of Funding: A bank statement or letter of commitment demonstrating ability to fund the cost of attending Bellarmine University for one academic year.
- Letter of Recommendation: Applicants must obtain at-least one letter of recommendation from a prior teacher, professional academic counselor, or another individual who’s professional standing is appropriate to access the student’s ability to succeed in college and who is aware of the student’s language skills.
