The Engineering Dual Degree program at Marietta College gives students a remarkable opportunity to earn two undergraduate degrees within five years. Through partnerships with several research universities, Marietta offers students the chance to pursue their passion for engineering while still gaining the benefits of a liberal arts education.

The Engineering Dual Degree prepares students for the competitive field of engineering by blending two rigorous academic programs from two distinguished institutions. During the first three years of the program, students attend Marietta College and select a science major — such as Applied Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics. The Applied Physics major is designed to work with the Dual Degree program and dovetails with the academic requirements of our partner institutions.

Ideal for the practical student who seeks a career in engineering but also wants the benefits of a liberal arts education, the engineering dual degree program empowers you to achieve more.
