Overview

Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) training will help you gain the confidence and self-discipline necessary to succeed in college and beyond.

You may try ROTC during your freshman and sophomore years, without being obligated to serve in the military. If you decide you are up to the challenge, you will continue the advanced courses of ROTC while completing your degree.

After completing the ROTC program, you will be commissioned as an officer to serve on active duty or with the Reserves or National Guard.

Cedarville University offers ROTC programs for the United States Army and Air Force.

What can you do with ROTC Training?

Upon completion of the ROTC program, you will be commissioned as a second lieutenant and will embark on your first assignment with the military. The careers that await cadets include everything from pilots to medical careers, to engineers to police officers. ROTC graduates start their career at the management level. The experience they obtain as leaders and the technical training they receive translate to valuable, marketable experience outside of the military.

Students must demonstrate English proficiency to be admitted to academic study.
Official secondary school transcripts and/or documentation of completion of a secondary school program
