They also have strong planning and decision-making skills, which help them to make critical choices that shape the future of companies and individuals alike.

Course options include explorations of international business, leadership in an increasingly diverse world, and internships that will help you build real-world experience.

You’ll develop a keen understanding of how organizations work, and how leaders influence their trajectories. You’ll study various theories of leadership and develop your own unique leadership style. And you’ll learn how to manage various kinds of resources, especially the most important resource: your colleagues and team members.
