By completing our rigorous program, accounting students earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. The West Liberty University program has three objectives:

To prepare students to enter the fields of public or private accounting with an adequate background to be effective practitioners.

To provide students with the necessary skills, abilities, and educational background needed to sit for the C.P.A. and C.M.A. examinations.

To educate students to become highly qualified, ethical professionals in great demand in today’s business world.

General requirements

Applications should be submitted during the first semester of the senior year in high school along with the high school transcript.

Students from non-English speaking countries must provide evidence of English language proficiency.
Certified Copies of all Official Academic Records must be submitted in the original language of issue as well as the certified English language translation of these academic records.
Applicants who have studied in the United States are required to have the institution(s) in the United States send their official transcripts directly to West Liberty.
All international student applicants, including first-time freshmen and degree seeking transfer students, must have all previously earned credit evaluated in order for West Liberty to award the transfer of credit.
