The small classes of the Irish Language and Literature programme at University of Notre Dame, taught by dedicated professors, help students develop critical thinking and communication skills in both English and Irish while allowing students to engage deeply in a variety of topics relating to Ireland.

Empowerment through culture

Learning Irish empowers students to experience and interact with Irish culture in its native language. Learning with renowned scholars, both within and beyond the classroom, gives students a unique knowledge of Irish culture and traditions.

The Notre Dame Writing Supplement via the Common Application or Coalition Application.
