Careers

Special education graduates have a wide number of career paths to choose from. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree some people take the teaching licensure exam, which opens up countless opportunities at public and private schools, elementary, middle and high schools. Others who graduate with a Master’s degree normally obtain a position as a school or educational program administrator. They also have the choice of continuing their education, and carrying out research work in special education in order to address the critical issues in this field.

Apply online and pay the $40 non-refundable application fee before submitting any supplemental documents

All secondary school records, including certificates. All school records should be submitted in the original language and should be accompanied by a certified English translation.

All students must meet the minimum English proficiency requirements for admission consideration. All test scores must be official and sent directly to CSU from the testing institution. In order to receive a certificate of eligibility for a student visa from CSU, all international students must submit documentation of financial support for one academic year.
