University of the Pacific’s Engineering Management program prepares students for leadership roles in today’s global workforce as engineers, managers and educators. Program graduates are prepared to pursue advanced-level studies or enter professional practice in a wide array of different industries, positions and projects.


The Engineering Management program from University of the Pacific, is designed to provide students flexibility while providing a curriculum that integrates project and system engineering courses with courses within concentration areas; such as, civil or mechanical engineering. Alongside a faculty advisor, students develop a plan of study based on their goals. 


After graduation, engineering management students have found careers as project managers, financial engineers, security technologists, operations engineers, field service engineers, executives, business owners and entrepreneurs. Recent graduates of our program have gone on to work at:
