The Hospitality Management Program is part of the Department of Business Administration in the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, Morgan State University (MSU). With the approval of the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) the program came into being in the fall semester of 1995 offering the Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a first intake of 30 students. In 1998, the program was assigned to the Business Administration Department of the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management (SBM). Under the supervision of the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, SBM, the curriculum was revamped to comply with the stringent quality student engagement requirements of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
