About

The Hospitality Management programme is part of the Department of Business Administration in the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, Morgan State University (MSU). We are located in the harbor city of Baltimore, Maryland. The city is the home of the Orioles baseball and the Ravens football teams.

Overview

With the approval of the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) the program came into being in the fall semester of 1995 offering the Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a first intake of 30 students. In 1998, the program was assigned to the Business Administration Department of the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management (SBM).

Under the supervision of the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, SBM, the curriculum was revamped to comply with the stringent quality student engagement requirements of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). We offer a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management, leading to excellent opportunities in a multi-trillion dollar industry.

If you are looking for a quality college experience that provides exceptional learning in a combination of small classroom environment and opportunities for industry exposure and work experience while attending classes, then consider the Hospitality Management Program at Morgan State University.
