During the second and third years, the student will log the class and lab hours required to take the Written, Oral, and Practical exams in the General, Airframe, and Powerplant sections of FAA Part 147 training, while continuing in concurrent Biblical, Theological, and General Studies courses.

In the final two years, the student will complete the Biblical, Theological, and General Studies requirements and continue advanced maintenance training to acquire skills and practical experience qualifying him or her as a specialist in maintenance, repair, servicing, and inspection of aircraft and related equipment.

The required internship occurs any time after the completion of 60 course credits. The purpose is to allow students to serve short-term in a missions, aviation and cross-cultural context—confirming their fit in this exciting and rewarding field of service.

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 2 on a US 4.0 grading scale. Admitted applicants typically have an undergraduate GPA of or better on a 4.0 scale. No exam grade should be lower than 4.5 (European grade scale) or D (American grade scale).

Your GPA (Grade Point Average) is calculated using the grades that you received in each course, and is determined by the points assigned to each grade (e.g. for the US grading scale from A-F).
