Overview
Professors teach small classes on the theory and philosophy of civilizations through a biblical framework. We teach that God is sovereign in human affairs of the past, present, and future. Because justice, law, and government originate with God, it is best to study God’s purpose for those institutions at an institution where the Bible is preached without shame or compromise.
Students may participate in a semester-long internship in Washington, D.C., allowing them a front-row seat to the inner workings of the government and opportunities for networking. The Master’s University's American Politics students also explore the complex factors that have produced the civilizations of the present, engage in systematic research and analysis, and receive guidance in preparing for their next step after graduation, whether that be graduate school or a career. Through it all, students are mentored in the process of developing Christian philosophies of history and politics as parts of an overarching biblical worldview.
